Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days after it is placed.
If you have placed your order at the weekend, your order will begin to be processed on the next available working day.
In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not available we will contact you to inform you of this and to arrange a refund or substitution.
Free delivery for all orders over €150. Under €150 there is a charge of €5.
There is a delivery charge €10 for Northern Ireland.
Rest of UK:
There is a delivery charge €20 for the rest of the UK.
There is a delivery charge of €30 to Europe.
Fastway Couriers will be used for delivery, you will receive a notification email to confirm the goods you have ordered have been dispatched along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order on https://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel

We charge up to €30 for delivery internationally. Fastway Couriers or GLS is used for international deliveries. A tracking number will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days for international orders.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items discounted at over 70% cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you would like to exchange your order, please send us an email at email@example.com before returning the order and send your item to: Unit 7, Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin 24, D24H9ND
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Post the parcel at any post office and we advise to register the package as proof of postage or use Fastway Couriers they will charge €5 to collect and return your package.
